- Paul Hoffman holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University, a MA in Leadership and BS in Organizational Communication from Bellevue University. Doctor Hoffman is an adjunct professor at Bellevue University and Metropolitan Community College teaching Leadership, Corporate Communication, Business Communication, and Public Speaking. Dr. Hoffman came to the academic arena after ten years in retail management. During this period he managed in specialty mall stores, and warehouse style stores. This period was marked by increasing responsibilities toward human capital as an essential element of sales productivity and customer satisfaction. Dr. Hoffman was a U.S. Air Force NCO retiring in 1990 as a Master Sergeant. During almost 22 years of service, Dr. Hoffman was a Security Police Officer, a Military Training Instructor, concluding as a human relations and equal opportunity treatment NCO and Superintendent of Social Actions overseeing both human relations and substance abuse prevention activities.
